Lysdy - I do believe the gentleman who's name appears in the credits at the end (multiple times) created this particular cartoon. For any similarities to the beloved Ren & Stimpy, I'd have to refresh my memory by re-watching every episode in my complete and exhaustive collection...it ain't ringin' anything in this old bell right now though...
